Child Protection Advanced Practitioner | Lincolnshire
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Protection Advanced Practitioner to join our team in Lincolnshire. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children and families within our community. You will work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to assess needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions that promote positive outcomes for children at risk.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify risks and protective factors.
- Developing and reviewing child protection plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
- Providing expert guidance and support to social work staff, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Leading complex case discussions and contributing to multi-agency meetings.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in child protection and safeguarding.
