Lincolnshire - Lead Child Protection Practitioner - CP Team
EDEN BROWN SYENRGY is currently looking for an experienced & committed Lead Child Protection Practitioner for Lincolnshire County Council, offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a well-established CP Team.
PAY RATE : £48.00 p/h Umb
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote consistent approaches to CP practice across Lincolnshire
- Actively lead multi-agency CP decision-making and planning
- Build strong, professional relationships with families and social workers
- Provide practice consultations to enhance social workers' CP knowledge and professional development
- Attend and contribute to central MACPT meetings and local teams
- Lead strategy discussions and Section 47 investigations
- Chair Child Protection Conferences, Short Term Break Reviews, and Supervision Order Reviews
- Ensure CP plans are clear, timely, and developed collaboratively with families
- Engage in quality assurance activities, audits, and reflective case discussions
- Support improvements in report writing, information sharing, and process transparency
