EDEN BROWN SYENRGY is currently looking for an experienced & committed Lead Child Protection Practitioner for Lincolnshire County Council, offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a well-established CP Team.

PAY RATE : £48.00 p/h Umb

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote consistent approaches to CP practice across Lincolnshire
  • Actively lead multi-agency CP decision-making and planning
  • Build strong, professional relationships with families and social workers
  • Provide practice consultations to enhance social workers' CP knowledge and professional development
  • Attend and contribute to central MACPT meetings and local teams
  • Lead strategy discussions and Section 47 investigations
  • Chair Child Protection Conferences, Short Term Break Reviews, and Supervision Order Reviews
  • Ensure CP plans are clear, timely, and developed collaboratively with families
  • Engage in quality assurance activities, audits, and reflective case discussions
  • Support improvements in report writing, information sharing, and process transparency
