Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced and dedicated Advanced Practitioner to join a well-established CPCI Team at Lincolnshire County Council. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families in the region.

  • Complete assessments of children and families where safeguarding concerns have been raised.
  • Support children subject to child protection and Child in Need Plans, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
  • Compile detailed assessments and reports for court, supporting both private and public law proceedings.
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance to social workers, helping to shape best practice in complex cases.
  • Manage a caseload of high-risk, complex cases, ensuring comprehensive assessments and intervention planning.
  • Lead and facilitate multi-agency meetings, ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making for the best interests of the child.
  • Supervise and mentor less experienced staff, offering support to help develop their skills and practice.
