- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with children, families, and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working with children in care or similar settings.
- Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
