📝 The Role
As a Senior Social Worker within the CIC Team, you will:
- Manage a varied caseload of children and young people in care.
- Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, carers, and partner agencies.
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare needs are effectively met.
- Provide professional support and guidance while managing complex cases.
- Promote stability, permanency, and positive outcomes for children in care.
✅ Essential Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience within Children's Services.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, policies, and best practice.
- Ability to manage complex caseloads and make sound professional decisions.
