Competitive rates of pay rate from £36ph. 37 hours per week. 3 month minimum contract with options to extend. Flexible, hybrid working arrangements. Chippenham Monkton park SN151ER. Are you an experienced Adult Social Worker looking for your next locum opportunity? We are recruiting for a dedicated Social Worker to join the Adults Community Team in Wiltshire, where youll play a vital role in supporting adults to live as independently and safely as possible within their communities.
Working in a friendly and supportive team, youll complete strengths-based assessments, develop person-centred care plans, and work closely with health professionals and partner agencies to deliver positive outcomes for adults with a range of needs.
You will be part of a supportive, evolving, and multi-disciplinary team, developing a service that puts the customer at the centre of everything we do. You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
