Social Worker -Adults Community Team- Bournemouth
Social Worker required for work within the Adults Community Team in Bournemouth in Boscombe, Competitive rates of pay rate up to £32.52ph 37 hours per week. 3 month minimum contract with options to extend. Flexible, hybrid working arrangements.
Role is working in the Bournemouth East office in Boscombe, this would initially be an office/community based role and therefore applicants are required to be available in the office Monday-Friday.
Experience of Court of Protection work.
Experience of safeguarding.
Experience of working with adults and self neglect.
Undertaking Care Act Assessments & Reviews..
The successful candidate will manage a caseload of work, using person centred practice principles to assess, support, plan and review. You will be required to complete assessments and develop personalised care packages for adults with learning disabilities. Duties include assessments, reviews, personalised budgets, person centred care planning, provision of care packages, liaising with other services, safeguarding adults. The successful candidate will thrive on creative thinking and problem solving and enjoy working autonomously. You will possess excellent communication and risk management skills.
You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
