Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Occupational Therapy / Review Team within the London Borough of Hounslow. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a 12-month Double Handed Care Review Project, with the potential for extension.

The Role

Working alongside the Review Team, you will assess adults with existing double-handed care packages to ensure that:

  • Occupational Therapy needs are fully assessed and met.
  • Care packages remain appropriate and proportionate.
  • Moving and handling practices are safe, effective, and promote independence wherever possible.
  • Recommendations support individuals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

This role offers a mixture of community-based work, office attendance, and some home working.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist within Adult Social Care.
  • Strong moving and handling assessment experience.
  • Availability to start immediately.

Working Arrangements

  • Hybrid working with some working from home available.
  • Office attendance required at Hounslow House, TW3 3EB.
  • Compressed working hours will be considered.
  • IT equipment will be provided and collected on your first day.
