· Strong experience and knowledge in lettings, property management or housing procurement with a track record of working with private landlords

· Strong knowledge of the private rent sector and tenancy legislation

· Great housing relationship building skills and a bonus would be to have established contacts within the NNC district and able to hit the ground running in building a strong supply of PRS property

· Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle able to attend meetings within NNC.
