We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team in Herefordshire. The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., degree in social work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
