The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children with disabilities and their families.
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team and manage a diverse caseload.
