Locality Team Manager | Wakefield Hiring, Yorkshire Collaboration
EDEN BROWN SYNERGY is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Team Leader at Wakefield Hiring, Yorkshire Collaboration to join their well-established Locality Team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Applying for and obtaining Emergency Protection Orders
* Organising/managing packages of care
* Preparing and presenting case conference reports
* Completing/reviewing/implementing CIN plans
* Chairing Children in Need meetings
* Attending court and giving evidence when required
INFORMATION:
* To manager a locality team of 8 social workers undertaking assessments, CIN, CP and PLO/court work.
* Must have experience of managing one of the fieldwork team previously- some hybrid ie 2 days a week at home on non-duty week- duty is 1 in 4 weeks.
* Post is to cover maternity so could be extended.
