We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Trafford team, specializing in working with children with disabilities. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in providing support and intervention to children and families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Assessing the needs of children with disabilities and their families
  • Developing and implementing care plans to support the well-being of children
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure coordinated care

Essential qualifications and skills:
