Manchester - OT - Reablement Service £36ph Hybrid

We're currently looking for a qualified and HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist to join Manchester's Reablement Service on a temporary contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team while helping service users maintain independence and quality of life in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out assessments and reviews in line with reablement principles

Provide functional assessments, equipment recommendations, and minor adaptations

Work collaboratively with service users to promote independence and reduce the need for long-term care

Complete documentation and assessment reports efficiently, both in-office and remotely

Respond to urgent and priority visits as required

Requirements:
HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

Proven experience within reablement or community-based OT roles

A car owner/driver (essential due to citywide coverage)

Comfortable working across South Manchester with flexibility to cover North and Central when needed

Able to manage hybrid working, with an office presence at Trafford House and remote work opportunities
