Social Worker - Case Management / Court Team - Shropshire

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Case Management or Court Teams at Shropshire Council. This is a dynamic and rewarding role for someone who thrives on variety and is passionate about supporting families and protecting children.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload involving:
* Children in Need (CiN)
* Child Protection (CP) Plans
* Public Law Outline (PLO)
* Care Proceedings
* Work directly with families to ensure the safety and long-term wellbeing of children.
* In the Court Team, manage a protected caseload of children involved in legal proceedings.
* Collaborate with a supportive management team and access resources across the service.

Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration.
* 3+ years' Experience in CiN, CP, and Care Proceedings is essential.
* Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills.
