Role Purpose:

The Housing Advice & Homeless Prevention Officer will play a key role in delivering proactive housing advice, supporting residents in crisis, and preventing homelessness. The post-holder will manage a caseload, offering tailored housing solutions, including security of tenure, low-cost home ownership, and advice on move-on options. The officer will work directly with individuals to navigate housing options and ensure clients are supported in accessing a wide range of services, while maintaining statutory compliance and achieving team targets.
