Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly specialist Speech and Language Therapist to work with adult patients in community rehabilitation, particularly those with stroke-related swallowing and communication difficulties. The role involves assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy for adults with complex communication and swallowing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct specialist assessments and develop treatment programmes.
Deliver domiciliary and community-based therapy.
Contribute to MDT discussions and collaborative care planning.
Provide feedback, advice, and training to families, carers, and team members.
Utilise advanced clinical skills, including interpreting videofluoroscopic and FEES assessments.

Essential Requirements:

Degree in Speech & Language Therapy
HCPC registration
Experience in community rehabilitation with adults with acquired swallowing or communication disorders

Desirable:

Experience delivering highly specialist interventions for swallowing and communication disorders

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dysphagia-trained SLT to work with children and infants under 18, including babies under 1 year old. The role involves assessment, treatment planning, and interventions for complex feeding and swallowing needs, including EHC plans and school-based assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct specialist dysphagia assessments and interventions for children and infants.
Complete EHC needs assessments and formal/informal reports.
Work within an MDT to provide holistic care and rehabilitation.
Liaise with schools, families, and carers to support communication and feeding development.

Essential Requirements:

Qualified Speech & Language Therapist
Dysphagia training and experience with children and infants
Experience conducting assessments and report writing in educational or community settings

Desirable:

Experience with EHC plans and mainstream school assessments
