Work Pattern: 3 days office / 2 days home

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Adult Social Worker to join a dynamic team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work within a supportive environment, managing a varied caseload while delivering high-quality social care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex adult social care cases
  • Undertaking assessments, reviews, and care planning
  • Working in line with safeguarding procedures and legislation
  • Collaborating with multi-agency teams to deliver effective outcomes
  • Supporting vulnerable adults to maintain independence and wellbeing

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration
  • Proven experience in Adult Social Work
  • Strong assessment and case management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
