Job Title: Experienced Adult Social Worker
Location: Picton Road, Liverpool, Merseyside, L15 4LP, United Kingdom
Pay Rate: £46.88 per hour (Limited/Umbrella)
Work Pattern: 3 days office / 2 days home
We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Adult Social Worker to join a dynamic team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work within a supportive environment, managing a varied caseload while delivering high-quality social care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex adult social care cases
- Undertaking assessments, reviews, and care planning
- Working in line with safeguarding procedures and legislation
- Collaborating with multi-agency teams to deliver effective outcomes
- Supporting vulnerable adults to maintain independence and wellbeing
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration
- Proven experience in Adult Social Work
- Strong assessment and case management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
