Social worker - Child Health & Disability team- Bournemouth
Experienced Qualified Social Worker to work in Child Health and Disability team based in Bournemouth on the beautiful Dorset coast. 37 hours a week. 3 months + contracts with excellent rates of pay at £40.58ph. Flexible working. Office based - 3 days per week
Experienced locum Social Workers wanted within our Child Health and Disability team, which hold Assessments, CIN, CP and Looked after children cases. Manageable caseloads and regular monthly supervision is standard. The team has high morale and you will have the satisfaction of being part of a 'good' local authority.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of children with disabilities and complex health needs
Undertake Child and Family Assessments and reviews
Complete safeguarding enquiries and child protection work where necessary
Work in partnership with multi-disciplinary professionals
Ensure the child's voice is central to all planning and decision-making
Prepare high-quality reports and maintain accurate case records
Ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
