Engagement Co Ordinator

Eden Brown Synergy are delighted to be supporting an non departmental public body with their vacant Engagement Co Ordinator on a full time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will play a vital supporting role in the regional engagement team, helping the Organisation understand what is happening on the ground for the users across bus, rail and roads. You will work closely with Engagement Managers to build and maintain relationships with operators and authorities, support engagement activity, and help the organisation gather and share insight.

You will contribute to our data‑led approach to identifying issues, support the communication of survey results, and provide local intelligence that helps us pursue improvements for users. You will collaborate with colleagues across the Organisation, ensuring our work is well‑coordinated and rooted in what matters most to users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Engagement Team in building, maintaining and coordinating relationships with operators, authorities and other regional stakeholders
  • Maintain and update engagement mapping and prioritisation information in line with the engagement framework
  • Assist in sharing findings from survey and insight products with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear summaries, slides or contextual information to support the communication of results
  • Prepare briefings, meeting notes and follow up actions to support consistent, high-quality engagement
  • Produce concise summaries on emerging issues, trends and risks to support team awareness.
  • Contribute to horizon scanning by identifying developing or future issues that may affect users
  • Help gather and share examples of good practice identified through regional engagement
  • Share information across regional and central teams (insight, data, policy, communications) to support joined up working
  • Provide support to projects or thematic issues as required
  • Follow agreed engagement processes and contribute to consistent, high-quality standards across the team

There are currently offices in either London and Manchester. There is an expectation to work out of one of the offices twice a week, the rest working from home. The salary on offer is £36,717 per annum. For more information, please do call Jamie McConnell on 07385 391646
