  • Promote best practice and ensure compliance with statutory guidance and safeguarding standards

  • Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
  • Significant post-qualified experience within children's services
  • Previous experience in a senior/practice development or advanced practitioner role
  • Strong knowledge of legislation, safeguarding frameworks, and best practice models
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
