Team Manager - MASH Team
📍 Location: Lancashire House, BB5 0FL
💼 Contract: Full-Time
💰 Pay Rate: £42 per hour (Umbrella)
Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team at Lancashire City Council. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled leader to play a key role in safeguarding children and supporting high-quality decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the MASH Team, ensuring effective safeguarding practices are in place
- Oversee screening and triaging of referrals, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
- Provide supervision, guidance, and performance management to team members
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure child-centred outcomes
- Ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities, policies, and procedures
- Drive service improvements and maintain high standards of practice
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
- Significant experience within MASH or frontline safeguarding services
- Previous experience in a Team Manager or senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and multi-agency working
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
- Social Work England Registration.
- Driving license and access to own vehicle.
