Introduction:
A private healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join a 12-bed CAMHS service in Waterlooville, dedicated to supporting young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders. Key Responsibilities:
As a Staff Nurse, you will:

Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to service users
Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery
Provide mentorship and support to junior team members
Observe, record, and report changes in service user condition, ensuring accurate clinical records are maintained
Promote positive teamwork and contribute to a positive and supportive working environment

Skills and Knowledge:
The ideal candidate will have:

A relevant nursing qualification (RMN, RNLD, RGN)
NMC registration (or in the process of registration)
Strong team-working and interpersonal skills
A high level of self-motivation and flexibility
A positive attitude and naturally caring and compassionate approach to nursing
Commitment to evidence-based practice and high-quality care
Experience or interest in working with young people, particularly within mental health or eating disorder services
