We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager - Permanence/LAC to join a dedicated Children's Services team in Plymouth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong and experienced manager with a background in Permanence and Looked After Children services to lead and support a busy statutory team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a Permanence/LAC team within Children's Services
* Providing leadership, supervision, and support to social workers
* Overseeing care planning, permanence planning, and safeguarding practices
* Ensuring statutory responsibilities and performance targets are achieved
* Supporting children in care to achieve positive outcomes
* Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives

You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
