Eden Brown Synergy is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Social Worker to join Rutland County Council's Children with Disabilities / Safeguarding Team.

Pay Rate: £38 per hour (Umbrella)

Role & Responsibilities (R&R):

  • Undertake assessments and develop effective support plans for children with disabilities
    * Safeguard and promote the welfare of children in line with statutory requirements
    * Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary professionals
    * Maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date case records and reports
    * Contribute to service development and continuous improvement within the team

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work
    * Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience in Children's Services
    * Social Work England registration
    * Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
