As a Children in Care Advance Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing the needs of children in care and developing tailored care plans.
- Providing direct support and intervention for children, families, and foster carers.

- Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure holistic support for children.
- Leading and mentoring junior social workers and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Current Social Work England registration.
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in children's social work, particularly with children in care.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
