Join our dedicated Mental Health Team in Tameside as a Qualified Social Worker specializing in Adult Services. We are seeking a passionate and committed professional to support adults facing mental health challenges. In this role, you will work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care and promote recovery and well-being.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and providing ongoing support to individuals in need. You will facilitate access to community resources and services, ensuring that clients receive the appropriate interventions. Additionally, you will engage in regular supervision and professional development, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. A strong understanding of mental health legislation and safeguarding procedures is essential. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team. Experience in adult mental health services is highly desirable.
