We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Locality Team in Hull. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans in partnership with service users and other professionals.
- Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and follow-ups.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for service users.
- Participating in supervision, training, and professional development activities.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in social work.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
