We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Locality Team in Darlington. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification recognized by Social Work England.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in adult social work, preferably within a locality team setting.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective care plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse populations.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in adult social work.
