Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) with experience supporting individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities. This role involves carrying out statutory duties and responsibilities to safeguard adults in Darlington, ensuring good outcomes through a strengths-based approach.
The successful candidate will use their expertise to manage complex cases, contribute to team, service, and practice development, and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality support.
Qualified Social Worker - Autism & Learning Disabilities
Location: Darlington
Pay Rate: £197.74 per day
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker (QSW) with relevant experience
- Proven experience working with individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities
- Strong understanding of statutory safeguarding and adult social care
- Ability to manage complex cases independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
