Duties and Responsibilities:
* We are looking for an Agency Team Manager to manage the Fostering and Kinship Care Team at Darlington Borough Council.
* The team provide support to foster carers and family carers including assessment, supervision, and review.
* The post holder would need to attend Fostering Panel as the responsible Team Manager.
* They would provide oversight and supervision to a team of qualified Social Worker who directly assess prospective carers.

COMMENTS:
* The role is 37 hours per week, any hours worked over can be claimed as TOIL.
* Darlington has a blended working policy where you can work from home/office in line with service and role requirements.
* All IT equipment will be provided.
