The Role:

This role will provide a seamless, proactive, and high-quality front-line service to residents who live on the Lancaster West Estate.

Our vision is for Lancaster West to become a model social housing estate for the 21st century, and one which is carbon-neutral by 2030.

You'll put residents and the local community at the heart of all our plans, making certain they know we are ready to listen and to support them, and ensuring their voices are heard as projects are planned and progressed.

You'll deal with a wide range of issues, from assisting in decanting residents to resolving disputes. Communication will be an important element of the role: you'll attend meetings, and exhibitions for residents, and will advise contractors on resident information packs and messaging.

You will ensure the very highest quality outcomes for residents, ensuring residents are kept updated throughout and that the Council's processes are always followed to deliver excellent customer service
