Join our dedicated Safeguarding Team in Blackpool as an Adult's Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in protecting and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.   • Providing advice and support to individuals and families regarding safeguarding issues.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification recognized by Social Work England.
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
