Devon - Advanced Social Worker - Front Door/MASH
Devon County Council require advance social worker. This is a role for an Advanced Practitioner required for work within the Children Front Team in the Devon area. Competitive rates of pay up to £42ph, long term contracts in a well managed supportive team. 3 months initial contract 37 hours a week. Hybrid Working
An accommodation/commuter allowance of £150 per week is offered for candidates who fall within the agreed eligibility guidelines.

An opportunity has arisen within our Childrens Front Door - formerly known as Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Advanced Social Worker.
About the Role: As an Advanced Social Worker in our Childrens Front Door, you will play a crucial role in leading the service alongside our permanent Team Managers. This opportunity offers a unique chance to contribute to the enhancement and development of our safeguarding practices, ensuring the well-being of children is at the forefront of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with team managers to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
* Take a leading role in the Front Door, contributing to the decision-making process and ensuring timely and effective interventions.
* Leading communication with our key partners/stakeholders.
* Triaging requests for support and identifying risk by applying the Level of Need Tool
* Responsibility for allocating and signing off contacts on a daily basis.
* Daily support of Early Help Connectors providing advice and guidance to support decision making.
