We're looking for an Experienced Social Worker to join our North & Mid team, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting children and young people in our care. Working closely with the Team Manager, you'll help lead the team, provide supervision and mentoring, and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on role with a smaller caseload, allowing you to focus on complex cases and deliver high-quality, in-depth assessments. You'll be a role model for best practice, sharing your expertise to support colleagues and students, and driving continuous improvement across the team.

What You'll Bring:
* A recognised social work qualification and registration with Social Work England
* Advanced-level experience post-qualification, with evidence of ongoing professional development
* Strong background in multi-agency working and court proceedings
* Excellent communication, recording, and planning skills
* Deep understanding of relevant legislation, models, and theories
* Confidence to challenge and lead improvements in practice
* A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
