Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the court calendar and scheduling hearings, ensuring all parties are informed of dates and requirements.
  • Coordinating with legal teams, court officials, and external agencies to facilitate case progression.
  • Monitoring case files to ensure compliance with legal and procedural standards.
  • Providing administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably within a legal or court environment.
