Qualified Social Worker - FAST Team | Lincolnshire

We're currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join the FAST Team in Lincolnshire on an ongoing agency contract.

About the Role

As a Qualified Social Worker within the FAST Team, you will work with children and families to assess needs, manage risk, and deliver effective interventions that promote positive outcomes. You will collaborate with partner agencies to safeguard children and provide timely support to families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of children and families within the FAST Team.
  • Undertake assessments and develop child-centred plans.
  • Complete Section 17 and Section 47 enquiries where required.
  • Work in partnership with children, families, and multi-agency professionals.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and maintain accurate case records.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, policies, and safeguarding procedures.

Requirements

  • Social Work England registration.
  • Significant post-qualifying experience within Children's Services.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and court processes.
  • Experience managing complex children's cases.
  • Excellent assessment, communication, and analytical skills.
