Independent Reviewing Officer required for work within the Children & young people in the Bristol area. Contract for 3-6 months but will extend.37 hours per week and Pay £47.50ph . Flexible hybrid working

Are you passionate about improving the quality-of-care planning for children and young people? We are looking for an experienced Independent Reviewing Officer based in the south west (or nearby) with aspirations and transferable skills to join our team and contribute towards making a meaningful difference to the lives of children and families.

As an IRO you will play a crucial role in overseeing the care planning and review process for children in our care . You will ensure that plans for children are robust, child centred, legally compliant, and that they effectively address the individual needs and aspirations of each child.

Candidates must have:
- previous IRO and quality assurance experience.
- a full UK driving license and be willing to travel to see children
- be able to work remotely and be available to attend the office for meetings, where required.
- this role requires flexible working and an ability to manage and prioritise your own workload. We hold our child in care reviews in person, sometimes after school hours, in locations across the UK so we are looking for someone who is willing to travel.
- In return you can expect to be part of a stable and supportive team, receive regular reflective supervision and have access to training and development opportunities.

You will be SWE registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
