Bradford Children & Families Trust is seeking an experienced CP Coordinator to join its Children's Services team on an agency basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in coordinating Child Protection Conferences, promoting effective multi-agency working, and ensuring that children and families receive the highest standard of safeguarding support.

The Role

  • Coordinate and facilitate Child Protection Conferences in line with statutory guidance.

  • Ensure conferences are well-organised, professionally chaired, and accurately recorded.

  • Work collaboratively with social workers, health professionals, education providers, police, and other partner agencies.

  • Monitor and review Child Protection Plans, ensuring actions are progressed effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures and timescales.

  • Promote best practice and contribute to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and families.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience within Children's Services and Child Protection.

  • Strong knowledge of child protection legislation, safeguarding procedures, and statutory guidance.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and multi-agency working skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high professional standards.
