Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated CP Coordinator to join the Quality Assurance & Safeguarding Team at Salford City Council.

Pay Rate: £39.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Location: M27 5DA, Salford

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated Quality Assurance & Safeguarding Team, playing a key role in promoting high standards of safeguarding practice and ensuring positive outcomes for children and young people. As a CP Coordinator, you will support the effective delivery of Child Protection processes, quality assurance activities, and multi-agency safeguarding arrangements.

You will work closely with social work teams, managers and partner agencies to coordinate Child Protection procedures, monitor performance, support quality assurance activity and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Key Skills Required:

* Experience within Child Protection, Safeguarding and Quality Assurance services
* Strong knowledge of Child Protection procedures and statutory safeguarding frameworks
* Experience coordinating Child Protection conferences, meetings and safeguarding processes
* Ability to analyse information, identify themes and contribute to service improvement
* Strong organisational, communication and report-writing skills
* Experience working effectively within a multi-agency environment

Essential Requirements:

* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent (where applicable)
* Registered with Social Work England (if qualified social worker)
* Previous experience within Children's Services and safeguarding environments
* Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation, policies and procedures
