The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with young people in a social work or related setting, particularly within youth justice.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with young people and their families.
