To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Extensive experience in children's social work, particularly within corporate parenting.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
