We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Salford Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children with disabilities and their families, ensuring their well-being and safety.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Assessing the needs of children with disabilities and developing care plans
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support
  • Conducting home visits and meetings with families to monitor progress and address concerns
  • Advocating for the rights and best interests of children with disabilities
  • Participating in case conferences and reviews to ensure effective care coordination

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration
