We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to join our client's AMHP Hub based at Meadowbrook, Salford. This is an agency position offering a competitive rate of £35 per hour. You will work as part of a supportive duty rota team dealing with Mental Health Act (MHA) assessment referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake MHA assessments in accordance with legal duties and professional standards

Work alongside duty colleagues to provide an efficient and responsive AMHP service

Support individuals in crisis and make decisions that support their rights, safety, and well-being

Maintain accurate and timely records in line with service requirements

Requirements:

Qualified AMHP with current registration and legal warranting to practice

Experience in conducting MHA assessments

Strong understanding of mental health legislation and safeguarding

Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
