Team Manager required for work within the CWD team (others may call this care leavers / leaving care) as we further enhance our services as part of the wider Looked After Children and Corporate Parenting service. Team in the South Gloucestershire area. Exceptional rates up to £41ph and long term contracts offered in a beautiful area in the Cotswolds. Good transport links from M4.

As a Team Manager you will provide support, recognition, guidance and professional oversight to team members within your practice area.

Safeguarding will be at the heart of your practice as youwill be responsible for delivering a consistent safeguarding service workers understand and adhere to statutory legislation, guidance and policy in regard to children in need, those in need of protection and those cared for by the local authority.

You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
