We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our dynamic Hospital Team in Bracknell. The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social work, preferably within a hospital setting.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills, with a person-centered approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
