Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals.
- Providing support and guidance to junior staff and students, promoting best practices within the team.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with local and national standards.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in child protection and safeguarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
