Wrexham - ATM - Family Support Team - £43.25PH
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Family Support Team in Wrexham on a temporary basis, offering a competitive rate of £43.25 per hour. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about making a positive impact on families and children in need of support. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social work services to ensure the well-being and safety of children and their families.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families.
- Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources.
- Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with local policies and procedures.
- Participating in team meetings, case reviews, and training sessions to enhance service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Care Wales (or equivalent body).
- Proven experience in family support or child protection settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
