Wrexham County Borough Council is recruiting an Experienced Adults Social Worker for the Single Point of Access (SPOA) - the frontline team for Adult Social Care.

You will be part of a joint SPOA and Early Response team, responsible for:

Screening and triaging all incoming referrals

Coordinating Information, Advice & Assistance (IAA)

Signposting and determining appropriate next steps

Working collaboratively in a person-centred, values-led approach

Key Details:

Rate: £46.62 per hour

Location: Hybrid - Crown Buildings, Wrexham (3 days in office)

Technology and equipment provided for home working

Must be able to attend office at short notice if needed

This is an ideal role for a confident, experienced QSW who thrives in a fast-paced, first-contact service and is committed to high-quality, strengths-based practice.
