The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking two experienced and motivated Senior Occupational Therapists to join our Adult Services. These roles offer the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with excellent management and a flexible working pattern.

Senior OT - Adults Community OT Team

Senior OT - Home Adaptations Team


Key Responsibilities:

Undertake complex assessments and develop intervention plans for adults with a wide range of physical and functional needs

Deliver timely and effective occupational therapy interventions in the community

Support delivery of Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) adaptations and moving & handling solutions

Work closely with clients, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams to promote independence and wellbeing

Contribute to team priorities including managing high-risk referrals and reducing waiting times

Requirements:

HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

Extensive post-qualification experience, ideally within community or housing adaptation settings

Strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience handling complex cases and contributing to service targets
